Getting Started
You can start with our predefined habits, or create your own custom habit! Just tap the '+ ' button in the bottom navigation bar and proceed to add. You can Personalize your habit with custom details and emoji. You can also set notification times that fit your schedule.
Tap on a habit card from the home screen to open the habit detail screen. Then, tap the edit button (pen icon) in the top right to modify the habit. You can change the title, goal type, frequency, and other settings. Don't forget to save your changes!
Yes, go to Settings > Deleted Habits to see all your deleted habits. Tap on a habit and select "Restore" to bring it back to your active habits.
Habit Tracking
On the home screen, tap the circle next to the habit card you want to mark complete. You will see the circle turn green with a tick inside, showing you have completed the habit.
Yes, use the calendar strip at the top of the home screen to navigate to past dates. You can mark habits complete for up to 7 days in the past.
The color ring around each date shows your completion rate for that day. A fuller circle means you completed more of your habits that day.
Notifications
Check the following:
- Ensure notifications are enabled in app Settings
- Check your device notification settings for this app
- Disable battery optimization for this app
- Make sure the habit has reminders enabled
- Verify the reminder time is set correctly
When creating or editing a habit, toggle "Enable Reminder" and set your preferred time. Make sure app notifications are allowed in your device settings.
Currently, each habit can have only one reminder time that applies to all selected days. For different times, you would need to create separate habits.
Data & Privacy
Your habit data is stored locally on your device. To prevent data loss, use the Google Drive backup feature in Settings > Backup & Restore. This will save your data to your Google Drive account.
Currently, data sync between devices is not supported. However, you can use the backup feature to save your data and restore it on another device.
Your habit data is private to your account and encrypted during transmission. We don't share your personal data with third parties. Also the backup files are encrypted and stored securely in your Google Drive account.
Troubleshooting
Try these steps:
- Restart the app
- Restart your device
- Check for app updates
- If problems persist, try reinstalling the app
Go to Settings > Send Feedback to report any issues you encounter. Please include details about what you were doing when the problem occurred.
